The purpose of the Orientation Assignment is to orient the students to the clinical sites. This includes a site and department tour, recording important phone numbers, understanding the daily workflow and protocols, and identifying safety/emergency policies/procedures/equipment.

This assignment is due at the end of the first week at a new site. For students who rotate to 2 new sites in practicum, they will be completing this assignment twice.
